TAA Matrix Management by Committees:

The Thai Alliance in America implements a matrix style of management to provide maximum flexibility and facilitate growth for various committees in the organization. The management team can expand as we always welcome more volunteers to help in many of our committees and projects. Management team members can chair a committee and also be a member of other committees depending on their interest and skills. New committees can be established when there is a need or when a team member comes up with a good idea for a new committee. The TAA matrix is a flat organizational structure where committees operate independently and just report to top management (President, Vice President, and Secretary-General). A total of 13 committees plus the TAA Goodwill Champion and TAA Goodwill Ambassador Programs have been established as shown below:
